The first Screen Mash podcast episode was published on September 14, 2022 titled “Rewatch: The Social Network.” It was a 29-minute breakdown of Barrett’s rewatch of David Fincher’s The Social Network, and how a rewatch years later can change one’s perspective on a film.

Since then, The Screen Mash has published 73 episodes and counting over the following years. Expanding in scope to bring on Brad as co-host/producer, and diversify to a wide range of topics that listeners have come to expect. 

From breaking entertainment business news, to Pixar rankings, to genre breakdowns, to director filmography look-backs, Barrett and Brad thoughtfully and passionately bring nuanced and informed perspective to the film and television industry.
